Email Deliverability and Anti-Spoofing (12 month contract)

£77.00 / month

Ensure your emails are delivered and make sure you cannot be impersonated or spoofed.

The Security Everywhere Email Deliverability and Security service will make sure your business emails are delivered.  We also make sure that only legitimate emails from your authorised sources can be delivered.  This secures your business from being impersonated or spoofed.   This protects you internally within your business – an example is an email from the CEO to Accounts asking for immediate payment to be made.  It also protects you externally, where an example is your invoices being intercepted and the bank details changed so payments are not made to you.

For just £77 per month on a 12 month contract, you will receive a minimum value of £3,325 from this service, broken down as follows:

  • 6 hours of consulting time to set up, review and configure your email records to ensure delivery and safety from spoofing or impersonations – value of £ 1,650
  • Sendmarc monitoring tool to keep track of your email deliverability and any attempts to impersonate your emails – £ 300
  • Security agents monitoring your service to alert you – £ 825
  • Any changes or fixes needed during the year – £ 550

Powered by Sendmarc, this service includes one domain and is subject to a 12 month minimum contract length.  The service includes:

  • Initial set up of SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to enable monitoring and ongoing management
  • We monitor the returned data for 2 weeks.
  • Identifying your legitimate and authorised services that are sending email on your behalf
  • Configure email records to authenticate the legitimate sources.
  • Monitor all emails for a further 2 weeks to ensure sources are compliant and emails are being delivered.
  • Setting DMARC to ‘quarantine’
  • Monitor for a further 2 weeks to ensure delivery levels are acceptable.
  • Set DMARC to ‘reject’
  • Monitoring the deliverability to identify any additional sources that could be trying to email using official company email addresses.
  • Fix any issues that may occur, such as Office 365 deliverability problems, additional email sources or notifying you of other attacks.
